Sales Manager Quality Assurance & Testing Services (m/f/d)
You make sure a first test project turns into a long-term partnership. You look after our most important clients, extend the work across departments and countries, and win framework agreements and tenders.
Our clients include UBS, BMW and V-ZUG as well as banks, insurers and industrial companies across Europe. Many start with a clearly defined assignment, such as a load testing phase or a regression automation, and afterwards need far more than a single project covers.
That is where you come in. You work closely with our test managers and management and have a direct say in how QualityOne grows in its markets. On top of the fixed salary comes performance-based pay.
Your responsibilities
- Own existing client relationships and deliberately extend them to further departments, sites and services
- Write account plans for key clients and review them regularly with the project teams
- Steer tenders and framework agreement procedures from bid to award
- Introduce new services such as Testing as a Service, AI-assisted testing with Testico® or security testing to existing clients
- Build and maintain partnerships with system integrators, consultancies and technology vendors
- Own revenue planning, forecast and pipeline reporting to management
What you bring
- Several years in key account management or sales of IT services, ideally around software testing or quality assurance
- Experience with tenders, framework agreements and the procurement departments of large companies
- A feel for relationships at specialist and decision-maker level, and stamina in long sales cycles
- A structured way of working and confidence with CRM and numbers
- Business-fluent German and good English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of test methods, for example through ISTQB Foundation Level
- Experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance or automotive
- Further European languages
